    Academic and Career Milestones

     

    His academic journey commenced with the achievement of a Bachelor of Science in Education (B.S.E.) in English from Millersville University in May 1995. His pursuit of educational mastery continued with a Master of Science (M.S.) in Educational Administration from Gwynedd-Mercy University in 2002, culminating in earning a Doctorate (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership from Delaware Valley University in December 2017.

     

    Throughout his professional life, he has embraced various roles, beginning as an English teacher at Hatboro-Horsham High School within the Hatboro-Horsham School District. There, he pioneered a staff development seminar focused on enhancing interdisciplinary writing skills. His leadership journey progressed through roles such as Assistant Principal at Keith Valley Middle School and Tohickon Middle School, all within the Central Bucks School District. Lucabaugh’s leadership acumen shone brightly during his tenure as House Principal and subsequently as Principal at Central Bucks High School East, where he led numerous projects to improve school infrastructure and culture.

     

    From July 2018 to April 2021, he held the position of Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Education, overseeing eight secondary schools. His oversight was crucial in promoting advanced professional development programs for faculty and administrators, enhancing the educational outcomes district-wide.

    Beyond his professional achievements, Abram finds peace and fulfillment in hobbies such as fly fishing, physical fitness, reading, and writing. These activities not only provide him with personal satisfaction but also balance his demanding professional life.
